Stewardship Asia Centre, a Singapore-based non-profit within the Temasek ecosystem dedicated to promoting responsible ownership and stewardship practices across Asia, recognised the growing importance of equipping its team with practical Generative AI skills. While some staff had attended a 3 half-day AI learning session during the Temasek Trust Learning Week, the organisation needed a deeper, more structured programme that would move participants beyond awareness and into genuine, hands-on capability.

Heicoders Academy delivered the GA100 programme across 3 intensive days (6 lessons) at SAC's own premises, led by Kong Yu Ning, Co-Founder of Heicoders Academy. The curriculum was structured as a progressive journey from foundational AI concepts to advanced enterprise automation:
- Generative AI Basics & Prompt Engineering: Covering how Large Language Models work, key AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini), advanced prompting techniques including chain-of-thought and few-shot prompting, and AI-powered media creation.
- Advanced Workflows & AI Agents: Hands-on lab using Manus AI to build and deploy multi-step automated workflows across 9 real-world business scenarios, including email automation, data analysis, wide research, spreadsheet automation, and slide generation.
- Agentic Workflow Automation with n8n: Building powerful automated pipelines by connecting multiple applications and services to automate common business processes such as data extraction and report generation.
- RAG for Business Data: Learning how to combine AI with the organisation's internal data to create reliable, factual knowledge bases and secure private AI systems.
- MCP & Managing AI Risk: Applying frameworks for safe, compliant, and ethical AI use in an enterprise setting, culminating in a hands-on Capstone Project where participants applied their full suite of newly acquired skills.
Participants from Temasek Trust — a related entity within the Temasek ecosystem — also joined the sessions, enriching the cohort with diverse perspectives and reflecting the broader network's commitment to AI adoption.

The programme was met with strong engagement throughout all three days. Participants arrived prepared, having already identified specific areas within their own work scopes where AI could add value — a direct result of Adeline's proactive preparation of the team ahead of the training.
