What is PSEA & How It Works?

The Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) is part of the Post-Secondary Education Scheme administered by the Ministry of Education (MOE). It allows you to use your education savings to pay for approved courses, including selected Heicoders programmes.

Confirm you have a PSEA and sufficient balance. Most Singapore Citizens born after 1996 will have one.

Submit the PSEA Form
Fill out the PSEA Ad-Hoc Withdrawal Form to authorise MOE to deduct the course fees from your account. We’ll guide you through this.

Enrol with Zero Upfront Payment
Once the form is processed, your course fees are covered directly from your PSEA. No reimbursement needed.
